Two nights ago we launched a new program called TwitterTix. We’ll be giving away two sets of tickets to most shows via Twitter using the re-tweet function. Basically, if you follow us on Twitter, you’ll get our Official #TwitterTix Announcement the day of the show and if you’re the first or second person to re-tweet (RT) the announcement, you get two tickets to that nights show. These tickets will be at the door under a name of your choice, so even if you live in Denver or Dover or Dubai, you can win tickets to, say, Brooklyn, and come yourself or give them to friend (don’t re-sell them or we’ll may have to kill you.) Hope I’m not confusing you, it’s actually very simple.
Some of our Facebook followers have expressed displeasure that we’re not doing this through Facebook. Valid concern, we may offer something for Facebook friends down the road but right now, you want free tickets, you’ve got to follow us on Twitter. @stringdusters is the handle.
